Media Days · Photo & video

One planned shoot.
A library to work with.

Fresh photos. Short videos. The people and details your customers should see. A Media Day brings them together in a shoot planned around your business.

Content you can put to work

Show what people
come to you for.

Your team. Your products. Your process. The experience of being your customer. We choose the shots and stories that support your next campaign, website, or social content.

Useful for a launch, a seasonal refresh, an updated website, or a business that has plenty happening and too little of it on camera.

A feel for the finished work

The detail.
The movement.
The human side.

Photography gives someone a closer look. Video lets them hear a story and see the experience. We plan the mix around what your customers need to understand.

Before the camera,
a clear plan.

We define the work before reserving the shoot. Your proposal sets the price, schedule, and deliverables.

01 / Plan

Choose what to show.

We discuss your audience, offer, channels, location, and priorities, then build a practical shot list and talking points.

02 / Capture

Make the shoot count.

We direct and capture the agreed photos and video: products, your team, customer stories, demonstrations, or the day-to-day work.

03 / Deliver

Receive the finished work.

Edited photos and videos in the agreed formats, with an organized handoff. Captions, additional edits, and publishing support are defined in the scope.

A package shaped around the project

Photo. Video.
Or a mix of both.

Tell us what you need to promote, where the content will live, and when you need it. We will recommend a scope and quote it before you commit.

The proposal covers shoot time, locations, deliverables, editing, revisions, usage, delivery timing, and any travel. A shoot date is reserved after the proposal and booking terms are agreed.

Plan your Media Day

Before you book.

Do we need to know what to film?

Bring your business goal and examples of the work you want people to notice. We can help shape the message and shot list before production.

How much content will we receive?

The mix and quantity depend on the shoot and editing scope. Your proposal lists the agreed deliverables, formats, and delivery schedule before booking.

Can we book a smaller photo or video project?

Yes. A focused product session, a customer story, or a single campaign video can be quoted as its own project.

Can you help us use the content afterward?

Yes. We can discuss copy, a content plan, website updates, or recurring support. Publishing and management are included only when specified in the proposal.

Is the Visibility Audit required?

No. You can request a Media Day or another project directly. The audit is available if you want a structured review of your online presence first.
