before asking for it.
- Observed
- The audit overview’s opening section asked visitors to start. The $97 price and usual 2–3 business-day follow-up timing appeared on Audit Start, one page later.
- Why it matters
- A visitor needs enough information to decide whether the next step fits. Requiring another page to discover the price may create avoidable uncertainty. We do not have abandonment evidence proving that it did.
- Recommended quick win
- Place the existing $97 price, deliverable summary, and usual timing beside the first call to action. Show an example finding before checkout.
- Priority and effort
- Start here: a focused copy and layout update using existing offer terms. Keep the payment and intake destinations consistent.
- How to measure
- Compare qualified visits, checkout interest, paid audits, and completed intakes over a documented period. Keep traffic source and sample size visible. A button click is not a purchase.
- What remains unknown
- The current purchase conversion rate, abandonment reasons, and the change’s effect on sales. Payment and intake completion need separate verification.
